Are all your gems natural? Unless clearly specified, the gemstones and diamonds you see in our site are 100% natural untreated and uncolored gems and diamonds. We do however sell heated gemstones which are natural gemstones that are professionally heated to increase their natural color; these gems are clearly specified at the site as heated gems, for example our heated yellow sapphire. We also sell created gemstones such as ruby and emerald, and those are clearly specified as created ruby and emerald. 5. What is a cabochon? A cabochon is a gemstone shaped and polished as opposed to faceted, usually resulting in a convex top and flat bottom form. 6. What is the difference between a sapphire and a ruby? Sapphire and Ruby are cousins, both from the corundum family. The real difference between them is the color; while sapphires exist in a large verity of colors (except red) rubies are only red. 8. Is it true that all natural emeralds have inclusions? Most emeralds do have inclusions. Emeralds are from the beryl family they are known for their many inclusions and fissures. These inclusions happen during the millions of years that take an emerald to naturally evolve. The emerald stone is so recognized for its inclusions that many people won't even consider buying one unless it's included doubting its authenticity. 9. What is a created gemstone? A created gemstone is cut from a lab grown crystal. This crystal possesses the same physical properties as a natural crystal but is grown in laboratories in order to speed up its growing process. These crystals and gemstones usually have much less inclusions and better color than commonly found gemstones. 10. What is the most expensive gemstone (not including diamonds) in the world? For example 7x5 mm oval cut or 6 mm round cut. 23. Do you provide certificates for your gems? Diamond Certificates: · When purchasing a Diamonds larger than 0.3 cts. A certificate by a world known laboratory will be delivered to you free of charge. · When purchasing a Diamond smaller than 0.3 cts. A certificate will not be delivered with the diamond. If you wish for a certificate one will be issued for you by a world known gemological laboratory of our choice, this service will be paid by the costumer, it costs 30$ and is non refundable. Gemstone Certificates: When purchasing a gemstone you may ask for a certificate. Your stone will be sent to a world known gemological laboratory of our choice and its authenticity will be certified. Please note that the laboratory studies take time and your delivery will be delayed from 5-10 working days. · Single and large precious gemstones which are valued over 1,500$ will be delivered with an authenticity certificate free of charge. · When purchasing a gemstone valued less then 1,500$ a Certificate will not be included. On your receipt, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as less than $500, you can ship it via any carrier. (BE SURE to ship your item fully insured.) Once your return is received, it will be inspected. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non insured packages will be returned to sender. I want to send the gemstones/diamonds/jewelry I bought to a different address than the one listed in my account on your website, how do I do it? You are welcome to choose any type of gold. By clicking on the type of gold that you desire in the page of the product, the price will automatically adapt to your choice and once you add it to your basket we will be informed of your gold choice. 42. Can I choose a ring/pendent/earrings from your site and ask to change its gemstones? Yes you are able to choose any type of gemstone (which is available in the site) for any model of jewelry that you see in the site.
