Tourmaline - Chrome - Square EmeraldThe name Tourmaline comes from the ancient Sinhalese word Turmali that means multi-colored.
Tourmaline is a gemstones family that appears in a wide range of colors. In fact the reason, according to Egyptian legends, is that on its way from the earth depths tourmaline passed through a rainbow.
There are tourmalines that display two or more colors side by side in the same stone. These stones refer to as bi-colored and tri-colored.
